Well several weeks ago I came across another version of those sandwiches, but it is cooked in a cast iron skillet. I actually like this recipe better, it is easier and I think it is a bit tastier. Another great meal for summer! Hot Ham and Cheese Butter Dijon Skillet Sandwiches. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
